Visited by Former President Abdullah Gül in Dubai, the Square Project is carried out by Taşyapı from Turkey, owned by Emrullah Turanlı along with Square Group in this country.
Investment value, anticipated in an area of 13.800-square meter of the project, to be established in an area of  27.600 square meters, is 25 billion dollars. Chairman of the Executive Board of Taşyapı, Emrullah Turanlı said that they completed the first stage with a cost of 2,5 billion dollars in the project, in which the hotel and horse tracks are included  along with their partners from Dubai. And the markets, shopping malls, quarters, health care centres, business centres will be included in the next stages of Project thereafter.
