The school started the education and training in 1952-1953 academic years as Ikizdere Secondary school. It continued training and education as Ikizdere High School when it was separated from the secondary school in 1978-1979. As from 2013-2014 academic years, it still continues training and education as Ikizdere Fazliye-Hüseyin Turanlı Multi-Program High School. The school was built in 2003 by the businessman, Emrullah Turanlı from Ikizdere and the school was named after Mrs. Fazliye, the mother and Mr. Hüseyin, the father of Emrullah Turanlı.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS 
Second, Fourth and Fifth ranks in TUBITAK-BIDDB OYAK Mathematics Competitions in the Province.
First and second rank in Cross Competitions for Young Ladies in the Province.
Second rank in Cross Competitions for Young Men in the Province.
