LAYOUT PLAN OF BESIKTAS ETILER HOTEL

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our hotel project is located at Toprakkale Street Nr:14, Etiler Quarter, Besiktas District, Istanbul Province, which is 2 minutes to the highway and FSM Bridge, 5 minutes to the Bosphorus Bridge. Our project includes 13 Floors in total consisting of 4 Basement Floors, 1 Ground Floor, 7 Typical Floors and a Penthouse. The total bed amount in 209 rooms is 444 in the hotel which also bears 7 meeting rooms, 2 seminar rooms, a multi-purpose hall for 418 people, a breakfast room serving 154 guests at the same time, a fitness room, an indoor pool and a SPA center. There is a parking lot for a total of 93 cars, 84 of which can park indoors and 9 outdoors.

Room Types:

• Standard A (21m2~25m2) : 120 rooms / 240 beds
• Standard B (34 m2~49 m2) : 52 rooms / 104 beds
• Standard C (53m2~67 m2) : 21 rooms / 42 beds
• Suite Room (71 m2) : 13 rooms / 52 beds
• Room for the Disabled (24 m2) : 3 rooms / 6 beds

FLOOR PLANS

• The basement floor - 4 consists of a parking lot for 54 Cars, a Shelter and Technical areas (water tanks). The total area is 2.353 m2.
• The basement floor -3 consists of a parking lot for 30 Cars, Technical areas (boiler room and electrical rooms), Storages, a Pool and a SPA* Center. The total area is 2.406 m2.
• *SPA facilities; Indoor Pool, 5 Massage Rooms, 2 Steam Rooms, a Turkish Bath (Hammam) and a Sauna.
• The basement floor -2 consists of a main kitchen, a fitness room, a multi-purpose hall and a foyer. The total area is 2.112 m2.
• The basement floor -1 consists of a Breakfast room, Administrative offices, Kitchen storage areas, a Prayer room and Technical areas (air conditioning units). The total area is 1.496m2.
• The ground floor consists of Entrance Lobby/Reception/Terrace, Lobby areas, Store and Meeting/Seminar rooms. The total area is 2.145 m2.
• The typical floor 1 has a capacity of 60 beds in a total of 29 guest rooms, including 1 Suite, 25 Standard and 3 Disabled rooms. The total area is 1.753 m2.
• The typical floor 2 has a capacity of 64 beds in a total of 30 guest rooms, including 2 Suites and 28 Standard rooms. Moreover, there is a courtyard equipped with green areas on this floor. The total area is 2.219 m2.
• The typical floors 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have a capacity of 64 beds in 30 rooms on the floor, including 2 Suites and 28 Standard rooms on each floor, and 320 beds in a total of 150 rooms on 5 floors. The total area is 9.096 m2 on 5 floors, being 1.819 m2 on each floor.
• The total area of penthouse is 1.820 m2.

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS STATUS

97% progress has been made in the Reinforced Concrete Production.
33% progress has been made in the Structural Steel Manufacturing.
70% progress has been made in the Infrastructure and Environmental Manufacturing.
30% progress has been made in Facade Manufacturing.​
