Reconstruction work for the roads of Kullar, Bahçecik, Yazlık, Hisareyn & İhsaniye in Kocaeli, under Terra-1 project, KC-3 Package. Reconstruction work of sidewalks of, and road superstructure of avenues and streets of several towns in Kocaeli province.
