About the Project
It is 2 minutes to the ring road and FSM bridge and 5 minutes to the Bosphorus bridge. Our project has a total of 13 floors, including 4 basement floors, ground floor, 7 normal floors and terrace penthouses.
It consists of 444 bed capacity in 209 rooms, 7 meeting rooms, 2 seminar rooms, multi-purpose hall for 418 people, breakfast hall for 154 people, fitness center, indoor pool and SPA center. There is a parking lot for 93 vehicles in total, 84 indoor and 9 outdoor
